A Conversation With Melissa Chupa, Coldwell Banker Premier Realty’s New Branch Manager
The new year brings new opportunities, and we are thrilled to announce that Melissa Chupa has been named the new branch manager of our Centennial Hills Campus! Melissa’s 20 years of real estate experience in new home sales, resales, leadership, ownership, relocation and more, culminate perfectly to serve as Branch Manager where she will assist our agents in fulfilling their potential and exceeding their goals.
Melissa has an extensive background in real estate management as a former branch manager, broker/owner, and most recently, the relocation director for a large team. We recently sat down with Melissa to get to know her better and ask her about her long-term aspirations for our Centennial Hills Campus.

As a former relocation director, you have a lot of experience in helping people who want to make the Las Vegas Valley their home. What do you love most about our city?
Melissa Chupa
As a long-time Las Vegas resident, I've had the pleasure of witnessing the growth of this small town into an amazing city. Las Vegas has a lot to offer in terms of variety. We have everything from a thriving arts and entertainment scene to professional sports, making us the ideal destination for both tourists and future residents. The possibilities are truly limitless here.

What made you decide to join our leadership team?

You've certainly heard of Bob and Molly Hamrick if you work in the Las Vegas real estate industry. They not only have a stellar reputation as astute business owners, but they are also known for being genuinely nice people. They are incredible mentors to everyone in their company, and you can sense the mutual respect and camaraderie between their agents and leadership team.

What are you most excited about in your new position?
Melissa Chupa
I am deeply committed to assisting our sales associates in reaching and surpassing their potential and goals. It's a dream come true to be able to train and coach such a fantastic group of people! It is my goal to share with other sales professionals that CBPR is the only place to be if they want to be successful in real estate.

What do you think the sales professionals at our Centennial Hills Campus will gain from you as their branch manager?
Melissa Chupa
I've seen and done about everything in real estate over the last two decades. Sharing my own experiences, I believe, will assist sales associates in dealing with any issues that may arise as their businesses grow. As someone who is passionate about training and coaching, I am confident that every agent in my network will take advantage of this opportunity to advance professionally and become industry thought leaders.

What is something that people do not usually suspect about you?
Melissa Chupa
It is a surprise to most people that I am not only a mom of four, but also a grandma of four. My priority in life is spending time with my family, and I am grateful that my job allows me to do just that. I want to demonstrate to others how simple it is to find work-life fulfillment when you have the right support system in place.
