Welcome Home, Tom Fraley: A Top Producer Returns to His Roots

Updated: 6 days ago

We are thrilled to announce that Tom Fraley — a top-producing, trusted real estate professional — has returned to Coldwell Banker Premier Realty! Tom's homecoming is a full-circle moment that reflects his deep roots not just in real estate but within our Coldwell Banker Premier Realty family and the Las Vegas community.

A Career Built on Service, Integrity, and Excellence

Tom has called the Las Vegas Valley home since 1973. After graduating from Bonanza High School, he joined the United States Air Force, proudly serving four years at Nellis Air Force Base. Following his military service, Tom continued to give back to the community as a Henderson Police Department officer, retiring at the rank of sergeant after nearly two decades.

In 2006, Tom transitioned into real estate, launching his new career right here at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, where he quickly made his mark by earning the Rookie of the Year award. Over the years, Tom’s success has only grown, consistently ranking among the top-producing agents at some of the most prestigious brokerages in Las Vegas. His extensive local knowledge, certifications in luxury home sales and distressed property transactions, and unwavering commitment to client service set him apart. As Tom puts it:

“My work ethic and integrity are what set me apart from the competition. I believe clients want an agent who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and available when needed — and who puts their needs first, always.”

Why Tom Chose to Come Home

After time spent with several other brokerages, Tom reflected on what truly built the foundation of his success: the leadership, culture, and inspiration he experienced at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. In Tom’s words:

“I left Coldwell Banker because my ego made me believe that my success was solely due to my amazing sales ability. I was naive enough to think that all brokerages had a ‘Bob Hamrick.’ Four brokerages and 19 years later, I realized two things: my 'amazing sales ability' was taught, honed, and energized by the training, meetings, and culture fostered daily at Coldwell Banker Premier — and Bob Hamrick is truly one of a kind! I have liked all of my past brokers, but they didn’t inspire me. Bob does. So now, with my ego in check, I needed some inspiration — that’s why I am back at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty.”

Bob Hamrick, Coldwell Banker Premier's Chairman and CEO, shares his excitement about Tom’s return:

“Tom Fraley started his real estate career with us nearly two decades ago, and it’s incredibly meaningful to see him come back home. His commitment to service, excellence, and integrity mirrors the values we champion at Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. We are honored to welcome Tom back and excited for the incredible impact he will continue to have, not only on his clients but on our entire organization.”

Tom’s journey is a testament to the strength of Coldwell Banker Premier's culture — a place where inspiration, leadership, and excellence aren’t just promised — they’re delivered.
