Nick Till’s extensive career spans various specialties, including vacant land, investment properties, retail, industrial transactions, and strategic land acquisitions. He’s known for successfully handling complex transactions involving private clients, as well as prominent public entities such as the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Clark County Aviation.

He’s particularly skilled at navigating land entitlements, zoning changes, and securing special use permits, maximizing property value and client profits. His diverse background as a licensed General Contractor provides clients with unique insights into development and optimal property positioning.
