With 30 years of experience, the Corporate Services Division maintains strong relationships with all of the top 13 relocation service providers as well as local companies. This makes them a great referral source for our top agents.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND INVESTOR CONTACTS Coldwell Banker Premier Realty Property Management division offers full property management services and tenant placement. These relationships are nurtured so that when a property is ready to be sold or a tenant is ready to buy, they do so with a CBPR Agent. Just last year, Property management returned over 20 clients to their agents resulting in over $250k in GCI.

DEVELOPER SERVICES Our Developer and Strategic services team have a strong presence in the new home space. Not only do our agents have first access to a diverse pool of inventory for their buyers, but they are also provided with professional marketing materials that they can plug-and-play on social media and in listing presentations.
