Another example, 11 Golden Sunray sold for $6.2 million in 2021 and recently closed for $8.55 million. 58 Midnight Ridge re-traded within 12 months and sold for $7 million both times. 43 Sun Glow Lane sold for $4.75 m in 2023 and recently sold again for $5.95 million.
