The numbers tell part of the story. In 2025, Coldwell Banker Premier Realty achieved an impressive $826 million in sales volume across 1,507 transaction sides, a direct result of the consistency, professionalism, and client-first approach demonstrated across the company.

As Chairman and CEO Bob Hamrick shared, these results reflect more than production. They represent the daily commitment to excellence that defines our agents and teams.

Honoring Legacy and Leadership

One of the most meaningful moments of the event was the renaming of the company’s highest honor. Formerly known as the Marilyn Squitieri Award, it is now the Squitieri–Guerra Award, honoring the legacy of Kaori Guerra, who passed away last October. Widely respected and deeply loved throughout the brokerage and the broader real estate community, Guerra was the 2023 recipient of the award and exemplified the leadership, generosity, and professionalism it represents.

This year’s award was presented to Jason Garcia, whose career reflects the values the award represents. A U.S. Air Force combat veteran and longtime top producer, Jason is known not only for his consistent performance but also for his leadership, discipline, and commitment to giving back to others.

Recognizing Rising Talent

The future of the company was also on full display.

Hart Larson was named Rookie of the Year after an exceptional first year marked by strong results, humility, and a clear commitment to growth. His work ethic and mindset have quickly positioned him as one of the brokerage’s rising stars.

Leadership That Strengthens the Organization

The celebration also included an important leadership announcement: Tammy Pitts, a nearly 30-year veteran of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, was named Chief Operating Officer.

Known for her steady leadership and deep impact behind the scenes, Tammy has played a key role in strengthening operations, mentoring team members, and protecting the culture that defines the company.

Her promotion reflects both her long-standing contributions and the trust placed in her to help guide the organization forward.
