Consider turning our text templates into a personalized video to to your top clients/prospects. The templates below are to help you set up for this event. Review the texts below with your contacts in mind. Who do you have in your contacts that would be perfect for each message. If you're using Hit Em Up, use that information to create your groups
Copy the texts you want to use into your phone’s notes. Make small customizations so they message sounds like you
Save the available graphics to your phone
Look for fun holiday gifs that you can save in your phone to include in your message responses

Use this one with anyone in your contacts list that you know are not looking to buy or sell in the new year

#5 Text to Homeowners in Your SOI Hi [firstname]! I recently received our preliminary November housing market data. When was the last time you checked the value of your home? When the market begins to fluctuate, I always recommend going over that information again. I would be glad to provide you with a free comparative market analysis of your home. Even if you don't plan on moving this year, this is useful information to review. I hope to hear from you soon!

Buyers are being pickier in their home purchases; therefore, new and closed sales are down significantly from last year. Fortunately, the median sales price is still higher than it was last year.
