Own The Hood
The goal of our Own the Hood program is to position you as the go-to real estate expert in the neighborhood in which you live or in which you have conducted a lot of business. We accomplish this through repetition, mailing post cards each month and providing door-knocking ideas, so residents begin to recognize your marketing. For this reason, we strongly recommend committing to this program for a minimum of six months.
Select Your Neighborhood
We recommend choosing a neighborhood in which you live, or you have conducted business in. Neighborhoods in this program are exclusive and offered on a first-come basis. Email a sample address in your desired area to email@example.com to check availability.
Before sending out monthly postcards, we highly recommend that you introduce yourself as the neighborhood expert. Whether you prefer sending this introduction by mail, or door knocking your neighborhood, we make it easy with personalized marketing materials including a postcard, letter and door hanger. Our marketing department will provide these options to you once you've established your neighborhood.
Keep in Touch

You already send market updates to your sphere of influence via our email campaigns, but now you can deliver local housing statistics directly to their mailbox! Each quarter, your Sphere of Influence will receive a lead generation post card showing single-family home statistics in Las Vegas.
