Helping Build a Brighter Future
Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR) and our valued sales professionals volunteer and host charity drives throughout the year. We'd like to take a moment to reflect on the impact these important charities had in our community during the holidays which helped many people and families in Las Vegas.
Fueling Families and Hope at Desert Spring:

Desert Spring Community Resource Center is a pillar of support for Las Vegans in need. Our Sahara Campus agents support this charity year-round, but after our last holiday food drive, they ended the year donating over 459 pounds of food. With a generous cash donation from Bob and Molly Hamrick, we were able to provide a staggering 6,768 families – that's well over 25,000 individuals – access to nourishing meals. Seeing the impact of our collective efforts at Desert Spring is a testament to the power of the community coming together to build a brighter future for those facing hardship.
Parent Citywide Toy Drive:
Recognizing the importance of education as a cornerstone for success, the agents at our Centennial hills campus are proud to support the Parent Citywide African American Education Focus Group. This is a wonderful charity with a mission to equip young minds with the tools they need to thrive. We were honored to donate two large boxes overflowing with gifts for their 23rd Annual Holiday Toy Drive.
Spreading Holiday Cheer at The Shade Tree:

The holiday season is a time for warmth and joy, and at CBPR, we believe in sharing that spirit with those who need it most. Shade Tree, a beacon of hope offering safe shelter and vital resources to homeless and abused women and women with children in crisis, received over 100 gifts and festive wrapping materials from our team at the Green Valley Campus. These gifts were made available so children at the shelter could present a gift to their mothers during the holiday season. Witnessing the children's faces light up as they chose presents for their mothers was a moment of pure magic, reminding us that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a world of difference.
Kameron Kildea's Enduring Commitment:
Kameron Kildea, a long-time Coldwell Banker Premier Realty sales associate, and his dedication to the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation (NCCF) continues to inspire. As Kameron himself excitedly stated,
"This year, thanks to your generosity, we collected a whopping $8,000 in donations to create a magical Christmas for Genesis and her family."
This outpouring of love brought immense joy to Genesis, a 16-year old currently battling cancer. Her and her family were showered with gifts including a special laptop she could use for school and essential support in the form of over $1,000 in gift cards and a $2,000 fund established with NCCF to ease her family’s financial burdens.
Kameron's story, aptly titled "A Glimpse into the Magic," is a powerful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can have a profound impact on those facing unimaginable challenges.

A Legacy of Giving that Looks Forward:
As we enter 2024, the legacy of giving at CBPR shines brighter than ever. But our journey doesn't end here.
Even though the holidays are over, you can continue to support the Las Vegas community in other ways.
