Get to know Mary Kullman, who has been a valuable part of our team since July, serving as the Branch Manager for the Sahara Campus. With over three decades of residence in Las Vegas and a deep passion for real estate and leadership, Mary has already made a significant impact in her role. Coldwell Banker Premier Realty: Mary, you've been in Las Vegas for 32 years. What do you love most about this vibrant city?
Mary Kullman: It's Vegas! What's not to love, right? But beyond the glitz and glamour, I truly appreciate the weather here. It's hard to beat the sunshine and warmth we get year-round.
Coldwell Banker Premier Realty: We're glad to have you as part of the CBPR family. What made you choose CBPR for your career in real estate?
Mary Kullman: It's all about the culture. The commitment that the leadership team has, not only to our agents but also to each other, makes this place truly special. It's a supportive environment that fosters growth and success.
Coldwell Banker Premier Realty: Having been with us for a while now, has your experience at CBPR met your expectations? What's been the most rewarding part of your journey so far?
Mary Kullman: It has exceeded my expectations, to be honest. My favorite part has been getting to know our incredible agents. The level of talent here at the Sahara Campus is remarkable. I feel blessed to be a part of such an amazing community.
Coldwell Banker Premier Realty: What do you believe agents will gain from having you as their Branch Manager?
Mary Kullman: First and foremost, they'll gain my genuine care for their goals and success. I'm here to help them reach their full potential, provided they are coachable, committed, and willing to put in the work.
Coldwell Banker Premier Realty: That's wonderful to hear. Now, tell us something fun or surprising about yourself.
Mary Kullman: Well, I'm a HUGE Metallica fan! When their music comes on, the volume goes up to a deafening level - the louder, the better!
Coldwell Banker Premier Realty: You certainly bring a unique touch to the team. What initiatives have you implemented since taking on the Branch Manager position?
Mary Kullman: We've introduced weekly training and accountability for our newer agents and continued skills training classes every day for agents of all production levels. It's all about helping our agents grow and succeed.
